OPEN HOUSE is now at the final stage of developing the building sustainability assessment methodology and related documentation. At the moment, the sustainability system is targeting office buildings across Europe, which are in design or in early operation (10 years since completion).

The first OPEN HOUSE methodology guidelines will be implemented in 68 office building cases across Europe. This implementation process will be supported by several events as well as workshops open to all interested parts.
